Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over the world. So, no matter where you are placing order from, your order will be processed to fulfil.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Shiva Enterprises is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Shiva Enterprises is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the issue until there is a positive solution.

Based on your “ship-to” location shipping may be charged additionally and vary with your order size and the destination country. Shiva Enterprises cooperates with major international shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Indian Postal Services and Sea and Air Cargo methods.

Custom charges/Tax

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties.
